Description

Here we are offering a colour match service for any toilet seat brought on this website.

We will colour match all solid colours

You can even send in samples of the colour you would like to match or an old toilet seat you are trying to match the colour.

If you already know the RAL number just attach it to this order in the notes and we will spray your seat this colour.

The Process:

  1. Purchase your seat online
  2. Place your order for the colour match service filling in all the boxes above
  3. Wait for your conformation with an estimated delivery date

Delivery dates for the bespoke colour match service can vairy the seats that are held in stock can take up to 14 working days. All seats not from stock take up to 21 working days.

Once we have received your colour sample or colour number your seat is sprayed to your specific colour. All seats are coated 3 times to enhance durability.

  1. Requests for the return of products because of "ordered in error" or "cancellation" (after shipment has been made) must be made within 30 days of shipment
  2. When returning your item please enclose a copy of your delivery note or original order number so we know where the item has come back from.
  3. When returning rejected goods the package and goods must be in perfect condition (unused). It is then your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the goods, unless however, goods were sent to you in mistake and in this case Venezia Marketing & Distribution Co LTD will arrange suitable collection of said goods.
  4. Upon receipt of returned goods Venezia Marketing & Distribution Co LTD will refund you for your order less any postage costs incurred.
  5. Goods that are specifically ordered as a special order are non returnable.
  6. In the event of Faulty Goods, we will refund the cost of faulty goods and the delivery charge, please contact us to arrange for the goods to be collected. Upon receipt of the faulty goods, Venezia Marketing & Distribution Co LTD will undergo necessary tests to conclude the fault. Upon finding any fault(s) a replacement or refund will be made in accordance to our returns policy.
