IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The colours shown are only to be taken as a guide. Natural Wood products can vary in shade & tone, this has to be accepted when ordering a natural product of this nature.
B.C Sanitan has been around for many years. Shading has changed over the years in particularly Mahogany which traditionally was a lot darker than the current stain being supplied, please keep this in mind when ordering this product.

The Seat Supplied Is The Close-Couple Size Option.

NOTE: Traditionally BC Sanitan only offered one model of toilet seat to fit all models - They now offer two sizes which are designated to fit each model correctly.
The larger "Close-Coupled" version will fit all toilets and you may find that you have the larger size fitted to your high/low level toilet. Decide from the dimensions above which version of seat you would prefer as a replacement.

  1. Requests for the return of products because of "ordered in error" or "cancellation" (after shipment has been made) must be made within 30 days of shipment
  2. When returning your item please enclose a copy of your delivery note or original order number so we know where the item has come back from.
  3. When returning rejected goods the package and goods must be in perfect condition (unused). It is then your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the goods, unless however, goods were sent to you in mistake and in this case Venezia Marketing & Distribution Co LTD will arrange suitable collection of said goods.
  4. Upon receipt of returned goods Venezia Marketing & Distribution Co LTD will refund you for your order less any postage costs incurred.
  5. Goods that are specifically ordered as a special order are non returnable.
  6. In the event of Faulty Goods, we will refund the cost of faulty goods and the delivery charge, please contact us to arrange for the goods to be collected. Upon receipt of the faulty goods, Venezia Marketing & Distribution Co LTD will undergo necessary tests to conclude the fault. Upon finding any fault(s) a replacement or refund will be made in accordance to our returns policy.
