Product Specification.

Natural Solid Wood Finish.
These seats are hand made from solid wood in the original species – for example if you choose Golden Oak the seat will be made from solid oak. Only wood Premium quality wood from environmentally friendly sustainable supplies is used. All seats are hand sanded and finished with a durable lacquer.
In addition to the wood listed we also offer a colour matching service (please call for more details).

Lacquered Solid Colour Finish.
All the painted seats are made from solid wood.

Hinges.
The Hinges are solid brass and finished either Chrome, Polished Brass, Inca Gold, Bright or Matt Nickel. The hinges are made to our own specification.

Lifting/Hygiene Handle.
Why not add a touch of luxury and add a matching Lifting/Hygiene Handle

Buffers.
Buffers are our own design which are non-marking & feature a moulded in washer and screw design which prevents the buffer falling off.

Guarantee.
This Toilet Seat & Covers come with a lifetime guarantee on hinge & buffer components.

Delivery.
All seats are hand crafted to order and take around 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Cancellations.
All orders are made to your specific requirements therefore we will only accept cancellations within the first 24 hours. If you have ordered in error please notify us immediately. After 24 hours your order cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund.

Colours:
If you are unsure of the correct wood finish, we are able to provide a colour sample before ordering. Please email us with the sample you would like and we can send this to you. sales@ukchoiceshops.co.uk

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The colours shown are only to be taken as a guide! Natural Wood products can vary in shade/toning, this has to be accepted when ordering a natural product of this nature.

  1. Requests for the return of products because of "ordered in error" or "cancellation" (after shipment has been made) must be made within 30 days of shipment
  2. When returning your item please enclose a copy of your delivery note or original order number so we know where the item has come back from.
  3. When returning rejected goods the package and goods must be in perfect condition (unused). It is then your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the goods, unless however, goods were sent to you in mistake and in this case Venezia Marketing & Distribution Co LTD will arrange suitable collection of said goods.
  4. Upon receipt of returned goods Venezia Marketing & Distribution Co LTD will refund you for your order less any postage costs incurred.
  5. Goods that are specifically ordered as a special order are non returnable.
  6. In the event of Faulty Goods, we will refund the cost of faulty goods and the delivery charge, please contact us to arrange for the goods to be collected. Upon receipt of the faulty goods, Venezia Marketing & Distribution Co LTD will undergo necessary tests to conclude the fault. Upon finding any fault(s) a replacement or refund will be made in accordance to our returns policy.
