Here we have a toilet seat which has been designed to replace the Simas Baritz Toilet Seat

Product Specification:
Our seats are hand made from solid wood in the original species so if you choose Golden oak the seat will be made from solid oak. We only use wood from environmentally friendly sustainable supplies. In addition to the wood shades & colours listed we also offer a colourmatching service.

Our Hinges are solid brass and plated in either chrome, Inca gold, Bright or matt nickel. The hinges are made to our own specification.

Buffers are our own design which are non marking & feature a molded in washer and screw design which prevents the buffer falling off.

Seats are sprayed with a durable two pack lacquer with hand sanding between coats for the highest quality finish.

Delivery:
We aim to ship all orders from our factory within 14 working days*.
All orders to mainland UK addresses are sent by overnight (next day) courier service.
Orders to other UK addresses are sent by recorded parcel post.

Cancellations:
All orders are made to your specific requirements therefore we will only accept cancellations within the first 24 hours. If you have ordered in error please notify us immediately.

*n.b. solid colours (white, cream & grey) are normally shipped after 19 working days

  1. Requests for the return of products because of "ordered in error" or "cancellation" (after shipment has been made) must be made within 30 days of shipment
  2. When returning your item please enclose a copy of your delivery note or original order number so we know where the item has come back from.
  3. When returning rejected goods the package and goods must be in perfect condition (unused). It is then your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the goods, unless however, goods were sent to you in mistake and in this case Venezia Marketing & Distribution Co LTD will arrange suitable collection of said goods.
  4. Upon receipt of returned goods Venezia Marketing & Distribution Co LTD will refund you for your order less any postage costs incurred.
  5. Goods that are specifically ordered as a special order are non returnable.
  6. In the event of Faulty Goods, we will refund the cost of faulty goods and the delivery charge, please contact us to arrange for the goods to be collected. Upon receipt of the faulty goods, Venezia Marketing & Distribution Co LTD will undergo necessary tests to conclude the fault. Upon finding any fault(s) a replacement or refund will be made in accordance to our returns policy.
